We at habim offer three ways to access our platform on mobile: Android APK direct download, iOS browser access, and web-app installation. Each path is designed for different device types and user preferences. Android users can download our APK file directly from habim and install it on their device. iOS users access habim through Safari or Chrome, which works identically to the app experience. Web-app users can add habim to their home screen for quick access without visiting the app store.

Minimum RAM requirement is 2 GB for smooth performance; 4 GB or more is recommended for uninterrupted live-dealer play. Storage space needed is approximately 150 MB for the app plus cache. Older devices may experience slower load times during peak hours (e.g., during Liga 1 or Piala AFF matches). We recommend updating your device's operating system to the latest available version for security and compatibility.

Common Installation Issues and Solutions
If you see a "Certificate not trusted" warning during APK installation, this is a security check by Android. The habim APK is signed with our official certificate. Tap "Install anyway" to proceed. If installation fails with "Parse error," the APK file may be corrupted—delete it and download again. If the app crashes on launch, clear the app cache (Settings → Apps → habim → Storage → Clear Cache) and restart. If you cannot find the download link on habim.net, ensure you are visiting the correct domain (habim.net, not a misspelled variant). For Android users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, network speeds vary; if the app loads slowly, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or use mobile data instead. If push notifications are not arriving, check that habim has notification permission in your device settings (Settings → Apps → habim → Permissions → Notifications).
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
The habim app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, storage (for caching), and notifications. We do not access your contacts, photos, or location data. All communication between your device and habim servers is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or later. Your login credentials are never stored on your device in plain text; instead, we use secure session tokens that expire after a period of inactivity. Payment information (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet details) is processed through encrypted payment gateways and is never stored on your phone. If you log out or uninstall the app, all cached data is deleted. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in your habim account settings for additional security. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact our support team through the in-app messaging system.
